Update - things are about to get rolling!!

Soooo - I've been a little lax in my updates because the last few weeks haven't been super exciting (like the demolition was).  Most of my time has been spent with administrative stuff like the Health Department, Fire Marshall and City Inspectors/Permitting.  

I've also finally selected a General Contractor and we're getting close to finalizing our agreement for the structural build out, electrical, plumbing and finish work.  I had 3 companies bid our project and am very happy with the level of professionalism that we're getting with the Bruce Elliot Company.

We're meeting to "stamp" our final blue prints tomorrow. (which we had to get professionally done even though I did a sick job on SmartDraw)

So, as you can see we took out the center wall and the space is basically an empty shell right now with a new drop ceiling. Once construction starts it's gonna move fast!!
